1. The "Willow" Service

Willow is a SaaS platform providing AI-assisted project estimation. While our AI is trained on 25 years of job-site reality, the User (the Landscaper) is responsible for the final verification of all quotes. Willow is not liable for errors in material quantities or labor costs that were not reviewed by the User.

2. Free Trial & Founders Pricing

Start with a 14-day free trial with full Pro access and no credit card required. Founders pricing is available until 31 December 2026:

Lifetime Discount: Your founders rate is locked into your account for the lifetime of your active subscription. See the pricing page for current plan amounts.
Price Protection: As a Founder, your base rate will never increase, even as we add new features and tiers.

3. Subscription & Billing

After your 14-day free trial, choose a paid plan to continue using Willow. Billing for your selected plan uses your chosen payment method. You may cancel at any time via the platform settings. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.

4. AWS Reliability & Uptime

We utilize AWS Multi-Availability Zone architecture for maximum reliability. However, Willow is not liable for service interruptions caused by regional AWS outages or general internet connectivity issues at the User's location.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee or right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
